  9. 9What time do I deposit and withdrawal?

    1.Click on the “New Order” button (that is, the “tools” is under the green cross) or Double-click the product item in the market quotation window in the platform.
    2.Choose the items in a pop-up window, volume, and type (the default is the Market price), click the “Buy by Market” (Buy) or “Sell by Market” (Sell), can open positions. After the open positions in the trading platform at the bottom of the “terminal - trading” can see the details of the trade.
  3. 3How to close the positions?
    “Close the Positions” means no longer holding a position and P/L settlement. “Buy” is to close the positions with the selling price, and “ Sell” is to close the positions with the buying price. The platform provides two methods of close the positions, one is to manually close the positions, and the other is to automatically close the positions.     Manual closed the positions:
    (1)Double-click the order to be closed in “Terminal-Transaction” when you close the positions;
    (2 Clicking the yellow close the positions button in the pop-up window;
    (3)Click “ok” to complete;
    (4)The details of the successfully closed order can be view in “Terminal - Account History”.
     You can according to the trade situation, the transactions can be partially closed:
    (1)In the” terminal—trade” click on the required order to close positions;
    (2)Enter the lot in the pop-up closing window;
    (3)Click on the close the positions button of the appropriate lot to close the positions.
    The following situation, trade can be carried by the system automatically:
    (1)The market price to you in advance set up stop order or stop-profit order, the system will automatically perform the closed the positions.
    ( 2)When the equity level drops below 20% of the total margin requirement in your trading account, the system will impose forced liquidation procedure for part or all the open the positions in that account to prevent further risk exposure.
  4. 4 How to set up Stop Order, Stop-profit Order?
    The stop order must be set at a losing price range against the opening price of the open the positions. For example, a sell stop must be set below the opening price level of the buying (open) the positions, a buy stop must be set above the opening price of the selling (open) the positions.
    The stop-profit order must be set at a winning price range against the opening price of the open the positions but at the same time at a worse level than the current running price.     The Leverage Ratio represents the ratio between the margin and the actual market value. Leverage ratio = actual value ÷ margin. Assume the market price of Local London Gold is at US$ 1,850/ounce, then the actual market value of 1 lot Local London Gold (100 ounces) should be: US$ 1,850/ounce x 100 ounce = US$ 185,000; while the margin for 1 lot Local London Gold is US$ 1,000, therefore the leverage ratio should be US$ 185,000/US$ 1,000 = 185 times. It represents that the actual market value of the transaction is 185 times the amount of margin.

    For example, if you buy 1 spot gold position and held it overnight, the opening price is 1,200, and the interest rate is 2%, then the interest is 2%*1200*100*1/360*1=6.66 USD.
